Dr. Montelongo has had a passion for all creatures big and small ever since childhood. He has had many pets from frogs to dogs. As the passion for animals grew, it turned into a love of veterinary medicine. Dr. Erik Montelongo was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016, he relocated to San Antonio, TX to pursue his career. He has been practicing small animal medicine ever since. He enjoys all aspects of Vet Med with special interests in internal medicine and surgery. Dr. Montelongo enjoys staying fit and working out in his home gym. He also loves spending time with his family; his wife Amanda and two young children, son Gryffin and daughter Margot. His family is made complete by his 2 golden retriever mixes, Clementine and Peach, his morkie Clover, and his calico cat Khaleesi.

Dr. Christopher Trust has been practicing veterinary medicine for over nine years. Originally from New Jersey, he has lived in San Antonio for more than seven years with his wife, Clarissa, and their dog, Belle. A 2012 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Trust specializes in ultrasonography, including abdominal, neck, cardiac scans, and tissue sampling. His interests also include internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, dentistry, and senior pet care. Outside work, he enjoys traveling, ice hockey, the outdoors, and cooking.

Dr. Taylor Curtis, born and raised in Bryan, TX, knew early on she wanted to be a vet. She earned a Biology degree from Southwestern University in 2018 and her DVM from Texas A&M in 2023. She enjoys all areas of vet medicine, especially dentistry. Outside work, she loves working out, two-stepping, and spending time with her fiance and pets - cat Binx, pitties Lilac and Lana, and her newest addition, Oscar.
